Actress Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed that her son, James Wilke Broaderick, is a bigger fan of Star Wars than he is of his own parents movies.

"He's not particularly concerned with what we do for a living. He did say that somebody told him that he looked like Luke Skywalker and he was really flattered and boastful about it. But he says he could never be an actor because he could not bow 100 times a day. He would find that embarrassing."

Sarah's husband and James' dad is actor Matthew Broaderick.

According to sources Kate Moss is planning a gypsy-themed party to celebrate her engagement to The Killers' Jamie Ince.

"Kate told everyone she wants a big blow-out in the summer, so she has a couple of months to plan it. They are thinking about having the actual wedding in September, so the plan is to hold an engagement party in August to give them both enough time to recover before their stag and hen do's.

Brooke Burke & David Charvet finally pick son's name

Actors Brooke Burke and David Charvet welcomed their second child together, a son, on March 5th 2008, but until now the child didn't have a name as the couple were still debating what to call him.

Brooke revealed her baby boy's name on her blog at BabooshBaby.

"You heard it here first! We have finally settled on a name. We waited our whole lives for our son, and couldn't find the perfect fit. Poor guy! Now it's official.

"We played with so many different names, and both loved Shaya the most. It means God's gift in Hebrew. David came up with a middle name, Braven, which I really like. I want to give him part of my name too, so I am thinking about double Bs in the middle like my initials, Braven-Burke.

"He is the last Charvet to carry on David's family name. He is also the first boy in David's family, the little brother of three princesses, and my youngest.

TV Presenter Saira Khan holds her baby shower

Business woman and TV presenter Saira Khan held her baby shower at Hanbury Manor recently and Hello! Magazine was there to capture the event.

"Today is one of the happiest days of my life. I don't really know what to say! This is a moment I will never forget"

For Saira this was a day she thought she'd never see. She had been trying for a baby with her husband of 4 years, Steve Hyde for a while but Saira discovered she suffered from endomertriosis - a condition that cuts a woman's chances of concieving by half. A situatuon which, by Saira's own admission made her withdraw in to herself and have issues with being in the same room as babies.

"I withdrew from friends and family. I didn't want to be around babies."



Being a Muslim, a culture where a baby shower is unheard of, Saira decided to throw away with tradition.

"Far from celebrating and showing your bump, you're supposed to be low key and keep it covered."

Her mother, Hanifa, found it particularly hard with all the focus being on Saira's bump. Even being offered the chance to feel her unborn grandchild move was a huge step for her.

" I had to force her hand. She really didn't enjoy it at all."

The night before the baby shower, Saira and her sister, Sadjah, made a plaster cast of her bump for all to sign during the shower itself.

Sadjah reveals:

We bought a kit the day before and spent the evening dunking the bandages in the bath, greasing up her tummy and wrapping the bandages around her."

Also in Saira's tradition it is customary to have an arranged marriage, another traditon Saira chose to ignore, causing her to be disowned by her family. But, thankfully, now all is forgiven and Steve is a welcomed member of the family.

"I always knew I would never marry a Pakistani man from back home. I wanted my husband to look after me and be my equal. I just had more in common with English men."

Hanifa is also coming to stay with Saira and Steve for a couple of months when the baby is born, to help out.

"It's customary in our cultrue for a new mum to stay in bed for 40 days- can you imagine me doing that? Being a working mum means I'll soon be up and about."



Despite their differences with their culture, Saira has taken on board her mum's advice on diet during pregnancy.

"Mum says to drink fennel water, as it is good for the digestion and detoxing. She will also make me some special spice balls with nuts and ground spices to give the body extra nutrients. I am not to exercise for six weeks, but I have a personal trainer lined up after that, as I'll be filming the fourth series of Beat The Boss and will need to be back in shape!"

And even though Saira's known as a no nonsense business woman, those who know her have every bit of faith that she will make a fantastic mum. Her mother-in-law Margaret insists that she is very welcomed addition to the family.

"Saira's been an amazing addition to our family. She's very personable, very kind and loves children. We all love and admire her."



Saira is planning to have a water birth at Queen Charlotte's hospital in London with no pain relief, and that she is ticking off the days until she can meet her much-wanted baby.

"I'm getting bigger by the minute now and so looking forward to being a mum. I can't wait. Steve can't believe it either, but he's very calm and laid back. He's going to make a brilliant, loving and caring dad."

Dennis Quaid talks about twins accidental overdose

Actor Dennis Quaid has spoken about the accidental overdose that was given to his twin boy and girl Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace at Ceders-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Speaking to US magazine People, he said:

"It's the greatest thing to hold those kids and see their faces because we had a happy ending.

"It's great to be a normal dad with the normal problems of not having enough hands for both of them.

"I do have a greater appreciation of life in general. If they hadn't made it, it really would have changed my life. But they did survive. So it changed my attitude."

Dennis and his wife Kimberley have also filed a lawsuit against the drugs company Baxter Healthcare, which produce the drug Heparin, that almost killed their twins. They are sueing them for negligent packaging - which resulted in hospital workers mistakingly giving the children adult doses of the drug instead of childrens.

A source told US magazine Star:

“She has gestational diabetes. She found out about a month ago. She’s been seeing a nutritionist about it frequently.

"She’s sick and irritable and feels heavy and weak."

Marissa Jaret Winokur & husband Judah Miller await the birth of their first child

Marissa Jaret Winokur and husband Judah Miller are awaiting the birth of their first child.

Marissa unfortunately suffered from cervical cancer a couple years ago so cannot carry the baby herself due to an operation. But her ovaries remained in good condition and a surrogate will carry the child for the couple.

The couple have also shared that the expected baby is going to be a boy and is going to be called Zev.

When news broke of the pregnancy, Marissa said:

"The year 2008 is beginning to be the best year of my life. I don't care if I win or lose Dancing with the Stars because I know when the show is over I will have the best prize - a baby. After cancer I never thought I’d have a baby. This is truly the best time of my life."

Actress Tamzin Outhwaite says she has fellow actor James McEvoy to thank for meeting her husband Tom Ellis.

"Now, I've achieved at least part of what I want to achieve with my career and have no qualms about taking time out to have a baby. I feel it's the right time."

On getting pregnant

L: Johnny and I had always wanted children, but decided to enjoy time together for a few years before trying. We'd both done a lot in our careers and felt the time was right after I'd competed on Dancing On Ice [last year]. I was the fittest I'd ever been thanks to the show, which I believe made me more fertile.

On the labour

L: I woke up at 7am with contractions. I let them continue for about an hour before I knew instinctively that I was actually in labour. When I first found out I was pregnant, I'd woken up Johnny with the words: 'Wake up, sweetheart. It's going to be a special day. We're having a baby.' So at 8am when I went in to labour, I woke up Johnny and said: 'Sweetheart, I think it's going to be another special day!'"
J: I leapt out of bed, ran Lisa a warm bath and put candles all around it. I thought the warm water would ease the pain. Then I tidied the house in a mad rampage.
L: Johnny was 'nesting.' By 11am, my contractions were irregular but very strong. 'This is it,' I told him. 'But you've got days to go yet,'[Jaden was two weeks early] he replied. 'Oh no I haven't,' I said. 'I'm having the baby today.'"
J: By this stage Lisa was out of the bath and was wearing a TENS machine to relieve the pain. During her contractions, Lisa could hardly speak. She had to communicate with me by putting her thumbs up for a mild contraction and down for a really bad one. When I phoned the birthing centre, at Wexham Park Hospital in Slough, the midwife told me that if Lisa had reached the stage where she couldn't speak, it was time to bring her in.



On the drive to the hospital

L:It was longest 15 minutes of my life. We kept getting stuck behind slow vehicles and the came up against a police check of cars being randomly stopped. To top it all, my waters broke in Johnny's brand new car.
J: I'm just relieved we picked a hospital that was close to home. If we'd opted for a hospital in the centre of London, as we'd considered in the beginning, Lisa would have been giving birth in the car on the hard shoulder of the M4.

On the birth

L: It was a beautiful experience. The lovely big white birthing pool was in a relaxing room with a mirror ball on the ceiling. I wanted a water birth because I've always been drawn to water. I grew up by the sea and feel relaxed whenever I'm near it. Once I was in labour, a feeling of calm came over me. I think the water acted as a form of pain relief, too, I couldn't have had an epidural anyway as there is a low platelet level in my blood.

"I must have been in labour for only seven hours and it was the most extraordinary experience. Although it was painful, I felt as if I was on a natural high. I held on to Johnny quite a bit, and dug my nails in to his arm. My mum, who had four children, lives locally so she was able to be there with me, too. She'd advised me to file my nails before I gave birth as she knew this would happen, but Jaden came so unexpectedly that I didn't have time.

J: I hardly noticed Lisa digging her nails in to me. I just wanted to do everything I could to help. I mopped her brow and whispered to her reassuringly to help keep her calm. When it was happening, I recalled Myleene Klass's fiance, Graham Quinn, telling me how he felt when he watched Myleene give birth to their baby girl Ava last August. 'You'll do anything in your power to make sure your partner and the baby are ok,' he said.

"When Jaden arrived, Lisa and I were so overcome with emotion that we didn't even ask if it was a girl or boy. It was only when Lisa's mum asked. 'What is it?' that we even looked. We didn't mind as long as our baby was healthy."



On who held Jaden first

L: When he popped out, the midwife placed him straight on my chest. He latched on to feed straight away. Johnny and I both had tears in our eyes. It was such a wonderful moment and I'll never forget it. Putting a face to the little person I'd been carrying for nine months was amazing. He had dark brown hair and the most beautiful lips.

J: I cut Jaden's umbilical cord. It was an amazing feeling, to see our baby come out and be put on my wife's chest. A powerful sense of love swept through me and took everything to the next level for us in terms of our love for each other and our baby.

On bringing Jaden home for the first time

L: It was fantastic. Our families were waiting for us at home to meet him, which was an emotional time for us all. Although we didn't get much sleep that night, Jaden settled in to a routine straight away.

"The day we brought him home, Johnny was so romantic. He presented me with 24 red roses and a diamond eternity ring placed in the middle of one of them.



On choosing Jaden's name

L: My nickname for Johnny is 'J' and my grandfather Jason, who I was very close to, was also called 'J' for short. So Johnny and I had planned to name him Jay, until we watched the Will Smith film The Pursuit of Happiness the night before I went in to labour. The film had a little boy called Jaden in it, which really appealed to us. It seemed particularly appropriate because I gave birth the next day.

On the pregnancy and cravings

L: After the nausea subsided, I had a lovely pregnancy. Sometimes I felt strange about my body changing and had to adjust. Having trained as a dancer, I felt self-conscious about my bump. I'd ask Johnny: 'Does my bump look big in this?'
J: It suited Lisa being pregnant. I thought she looked sexy and gorgeous.

L: My only craving was cake. We had lots of birthdays in September, Johnny's, my mum's, and my dad's and Johnny's mum's, so there was loads of cake for me. For the first three months, though, I went off food in general because I felt nauseous.

J: It was hard for me because it reached a stage where I told her: 'Lisa, you've got to eat.'

On Jaden's routine

L: Jaden slipped in to one as soon as he came home. I feed him every three hours throughout the day, then every four hours at night. He turns in to a gremlin at night, making all these strange noises. He only wakes up for his feeds so he's a dream baby. Johnny and I are very much a team. He does all the cooking and cleaning, then brings me breakfast in bed in the morning while he looks after Jaden to give me a rest. I crave [soft] boiled eggs as I couldn't have them for nine months.

On who Jaden resembles

L: Jaden has the same expressions as his dad. When he yawns he looks exactly like him.

On which celebrity friends have come to visit Jaden

L: Andy [Scott-Lee, Lisa's brother]was the first person to visit at the hospital. He and Michelle [Andy's wife] bought Jaden a beautiful soft play mat and some lovely clothes. Claire [Richards] and Faye [Tozer] from Steps also came to see Jaden at home.



On Jaden's christening and godparents

L: We plan to organise it the week of our fourth wedding anniversary, and have a big garden party here [This summer].

"We have lots of celebrity friends, but have chosen seven of our closest non-celebrity friends for this special job" [of being Jaden's godparents]



On how parenthood has changed them

L: I used to get bogged down by all the knocks in the music industry. Now none of it bothers me. Taking time out to be with Jaden and Johnny is all that matters."

J: It's made the world of difference to me. I went for a game of snooker recently but couldn't wait to get back to Jaden and Lisa."

On wanting more children

L: Definitely. We moved to this house to start a family and now we'd like to fill up these empty rooms.

Laila Ali, the daughter of legendary boxer Muhammed Ali, and husband Curtis Conway are expecting their first child together.

Laila tells Essence magazine: "I don’t know yet if we are having a boy or a girl, but I’m excited that I have a life inside me that my husband and I created.” The baby is due this fall [Autumn].

"Curtis is very calm and has a quiet confidence, and he wanted what I wanted—to be married and have a family. I am 100 percent undeniably happy. I've never been able to say that before.”

Curtis already has three children from a previous relationship - twin boys Cameron & Kelton and daughter Leilani.

Brooke Burke & David Charvet still deciding on their baby son's name

Actress Brooke Burke and David Charvet welcomed their first son to the world on March 5th, 2008, but the tot still doesn't have a name.

Speaking at Tuesday's Architectural Digest Harry Benson photography retrospective Brooke said: "We've waiting our whole life for a son, and we haven't named him. He did leave the hospital without the birth certificate. I know that's terrible!

"We're really, really close to a name. We've agreed on the first and the last, and we're still fighting on the middle."

The couple already have one daughter together - Heaven Rain, 14 months.

Supermodel Kate Moss has apparently been telling Dutch fans that is getting married to her boyfriend Jamie Hince from The Killers.

One said: "The pair were in a bar looking very loved-up. Kate was so excited it looked like she had just accepted his proposal there and then. She was very happy.

Kerry Katona rushed to hospital with suspected pre-eclampsia

Update: Kerry is fine. Her spokeswoman comfirmed:
"In fact it was water retention and low iron levels, which brought on similar symptoms. That is fantastic news. Mummy and baby are fine."

Original Post: Pregnant Kerry Katona has been rushed to hospital with suspected pre-eclampsia.

Her spokesperson Max Clifford said: It is a very worrying time but she is in the safest place for her and her baby.

“If it turns out to be pre-eclampsia then it can be a very serious condition, she’ll need urgent medical attention.”

The baby will be Kerry's second child with husband Mark Croft. They already have daughter Heidi, 13 months. Kerry also has three other children, Molly, 5 and Lilly 4, with ex-husband Bryan Mcfadden.

Mark also has daughter Keeley from a previous relationship.

Pregnant Gwen Stefani showed off her big baby bump yesterday as she and husband Gavin Rossdale held a baby shower.

Stars such as Courtney Cox and husband David Arquette came to the party bearing gifts.

Gwen and Gavin are already parents to Kingston, who turns two in May, and it is a role Gwen revels in.

She said recently: "Kingston didn't really change me so much as he just has made my life better.

"I'll be rocking him to sleep and he'll be playing with my hair and it's just the most amazing feeling in the world. To have this little guy who loves me so much automatically, it's just crazy."

Danielle Brown and her boyfriend George Lee introduced their beautiful daughter Mimi Isabella Lee in OK! magazine recently.

Many of you may also see that Danielle also bares a striking resemblence to "Scary Spice." She is in fact Melanie Brown's younger sister.

Here are some interview highlights and pictures from the shoot.

On becoming first time parents

George: It's been really good. Very easy to get used to.

Danielle: It's been okay. But I did have some problems breastfeeding to start with and I got really down because I couldn't produce enough milk for her. And because there is such a pressure on mums to breast feed, I felt like a complete failure. She's on a bottle now and she is a different baby. She's really good now.

I have been around my nieces Phoenix and Angel [Mel's daughters] for so long so I kind of know what's what! When Phoenix was born I lived with Melanie for about a year, so I was there and I travelled with her a lot. When Angel was born I went out to LA when she was two weeks old to help out. "



Although Danielle admits things have been a lot harder than she first expected

"I just don't know how Mel copes. I mean, it's so hard looking after a little one and there's two of us. I just don't know how Mel has done this on her own for so long. I mean, she looked after both her kids all on her own and never had any nannies, In fact, when I had Mimi, I rang her up and said: 'Well done. I've never congratulated you before but well done for coping and for what you've done.' It would have been so much more easier for her to have a nanny. She's a hands-on mum. "



On sister Melanie meeting Mimi

"She met her in Manchester when she was on tour, just before she headed off to America. Phoenix was so funny because she said: 'What? Another girl? There are too many girls in this family. Why couldn't you have a boy?' She was so disappointed that she wasn't a boy because she is such a tomboy. But who knows, I might have a son next. I mean, I definitely will have another baby but not for a while. I think it's good to have an age gap. There's one between Mel and I, and Phoenix is nine and Angel is just under a year. "



On her pregnancy

D: "I wasn't sick or ill and I was full of energy, but I was a nightmare, I had hormones all over the place and we actually broke up for a bit. I became a nagging witch. I'd argue about silly things like washing up."

G: "She was hormonal and we agreed it would be a good time for her to stay with her mum. "

D: "I was a monster. When you're pregnant, you're going through all this and the man doesn't understand. I mean, being an actress and dancer, I was used to having a good figure and then to see your body change like that really got to me. And the fact you can't do the work you want to do got me down mentally. I would say the pregnancy was harder than the labour! "



On the labour

D: I was terrified, but it was ok. I had the same doctor who treated my sister. My waters broke in the morning at home, so we went to see the doctor and he said: 'You're not going to have it until tonight.' So we went home and I had a load of contractions there. All the while I was washing my hair as I thought I wouldn't get another chance to do it before the baby!

"I wasn't panicking because the doctor had said the baby wasn't coming for a while. But my mum and dad drove down from Leeds and then George drove us all to the hospital and we ended up getting caught up in traffic on the way to the Portland Hospital.

"My mu was timing my contractions and they were coming every minute and she was like: 'George, get a move on.' But the traffic was so bad, so I wound down the window and started screaming at everyone. My dad was really quiet.

"I was doing all my breathing wrong because I hadn't been to antenatal classes. When I got to the hospital the nurse shouted at me: 'Slow your breathing down!' So I got settled and had a mobile epidural."



On the birth

D: The cord was around her neck, but the doctor didn't tell me straight away. George's mum became a stirrup for my leg. The nurse had to go off somewhere and my leg was just flopping about so I stuck it on George's mum. And I was like: 'Don't look down there!'

"It was so funny! Mum was like a parrot repeating everything the doctor said. But it was good to have them all there. George was silent through it all and his tie was getting tighter and tighter!"

G: I was at the top end with Danielle's mum and my mum. I had just come from work and I refused to take my tie off until the baby was born. I was there comforting her so I couldn't see any of the messy stuff. But I was gobsmacked that we were going to be parents. It was amazing! "

Rob Cohen becomes a dad to triplets

Film Director Rob Cohen became a dad again on March 20th 2008. His wife Barbara gave birth to triplets Jasi, Zoe and Sean.

The triplets all arrived weighing in around 3 1/2 pounds. Mother and babies are doing well, although the little ones will be staying in hospital for the next month until they gain a little more weight.

Rob already has 20-year-old son, Kyle.

Bruce Willis has talked openly about how important it was to get know his ex-wife's new husband for the sake of his children.

And now it seems Demi Moore is returning the favour.

She invited her 53-year-old ex husband Bruce Willis and his lingerie model girlfriend Emma Heming along to the New York premiere of her new film Flawless.

Bruce's former and current flame mingled happily on the red carpet without a hint of awkwardness.

They were joined by Bruce and Demi's middle child Scout, 15, however the couple's other daughters Rumer, 19, and Tallulah, 14 sat the night out.

The 46-year-old actress' husband Ashton Kutcher, 30, also missed the event – he was back in LA where he is currently filming the comedy Spread, in which he plays a serial womaniser.

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson wouldn't rule out having a baby with a gay friend

Socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, 36, has revealed that if she is unable to have a baby in the conventional way, she wouldn't rule out IVF or maybe a baby with a gay friend.

She said: "I'm hoping that there's a man out there who will have a child with me the traditional way. Although I'm not opposed to IVF or having a child with a gay friend, I live in hope of it happening in a conventional way first."

She also thinks that the mistakes she has made in the past will help her be a good mother.

"I have life experience and a fair bit of wisdom for my age, so I wouldn't smother them," she added. "I do hope I have children. I feel more passionately about that every day.

"It would be a terrible waste if I didn't become a mum. It is the most important thing that can happen to a woman - it's one of the reasons we're here."

Dancing on Ice winner Suzanne Shaw is planning to tie the knot with her boyfriend Jason "JK" King.

The former Hear'say singer is hoping to marry DJ Jason at a "glitzy" summer ceremony next year.

He's talked openly about how important it was to get know his ex-wife's new husband for the sake of his children.

And now it seems Bruce Willis is making sure the new lady in his life enjoys a similarly close relationship with his daughters.

The 53-year-old Die Hard star took lingerie model Emma Heming and middle child Scout, 15, out for breakfast in Los Angeles yesterday.

Heming, who bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife Demi Moore, seemed to enjoy meeting her partner's children - often a barometer of how serious a relationship is becoming.

"Bruce has fallen for Emma big time," a source said. "He is in it for the long-term with her.

"He has enjoyed the bachelor lifestyle for a good few years but thinks the time is right to settle down," the source added.

While Willis is now so close to Moore and her husband Ashton Kutcher, 30, they even holiday together, he admits their relationship wasn't always so harmonious.

He credits Will Smith for changing his attitude to his former wife's then-boyfriend. "During some very dark hours he (Smith) talked to me about it.

"He said, 'Dude, you've got to do whatever it takes to get the kids and all the spouses or the girlfriend together. You've got to show your kids it's okay.'

"It was like a light went on. Ding.

Princess Eugenie celebrated her 18th birthday on the slopes of Swiss ski resort Verbier with her mother, Sarah, the Duchess of York, and Princess Beatrice.

While her sister may have marked her coming of age with a lavish fancy-dress party, Eugenie's celebrations were distinctly more low-key.

The Princess wore a lurid pair of lime-green ski pants when she took to the slopes with her mother on Saturday.

It is understood that the Queen offered Eugenie the chance to hold a Windsor Castle bash similar to the one her sister had in 2006 but the Princess chose a holiday instead.

A friend said last night: "She's out there with a group of her own friends, including a couple of boys, but there is no one special in her life. She has plenty of male admirers."

Looking radiant in a white ski jacket and black sallopettes, 26-year-old Kate Middleton showed off her moves on the snow after an initially shaky start.

Clearly enjoying their Easter getaway, Kate and Prince William skiied happily together, looking closer than ever.

The resort, fittingly, is where their relationship first came to light four years ago and she and the Prince have looked closer than ever during the trip.

Prince Charles, travelling alone, joined the couple on Thursday in an even stronger indication of Kate's acceptance at the heart of the royal family.

Royal watchers are taking it as a certain sign that she is well on her way to becoming engaged to William.

Love is clearly in the air for Lily Allen as she enjoyed a romantic meal with her new boyfriend.

It didn't seem to bother the 22-year-old singer that it was a fry-up breakfast down the local cafe.

The Smile star appeared high-spirited as she started the morning in the company of friend-turned-lover producer Robertson Furze.

However this didn't stop Allen from continuing with her itinerary for the day which included a trip to the beauty salon.

The singer, who is finishing her second album, dropped Furze off at the recording studio - leaving him to concentrate on the music - while she went for some pampering.

Life is certainly looking rosier for Allen, who complained she was having a "miserable" start to the year.

First she suffered a miscarriage, then she split from Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons in January and finally her new BBC Three show Lily Allen And Friends was panned by critics.

But with her highly-anticipated follow-up to Alright Still out later this year and a new boyfriend in tow, Allen is back on top form.

As well as being a producer, Furze is also a musician and plays guitar on the forthcoming Unkle record. He also sings and play guitar in a band called The Big Pink.
